Just load it with your favorite drink.
Spin the balls and start pumping.
Take turns rolling the ball with the numbers, then roll the ball with the pictures.
Players must aim Jizz where it appears on the second ball and then pump it the indicated number of times on the first ball.
If you're lucky, you can shoot an arrow to the left or right, which means you can aim Jizz at the player to your left or right.
